This is the second time I’ve had the privilege of working with Sprauer roofing. The first time I reached out, they were able to make repairs on the spot quickly and with no charge. Fast forward to this year, where we noticed a ceiling water stain in a house we just purchased. Troy came out quickly, inspected the entire roof, repaired the main issue, and also made some additional repairs for some other problems he noticed while up on the roof. All at no charge. I bought a house that had a damage from a hail storm and unfortunately the inspection report did not provide any details about it. I have tried to reach MANY roofers that have tried to use my situation against me and offered irrational quotes, I totally felt confused and disappointed until I called Bill Sprauer. I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Bill Sprauer Roofing was to our roof repairs. Bill explained the process, gave us a fair estimate, was ALWAYS available for questions and gave us continuous progress updates. We were in a buyer/seller situation with some delays, but Bill was patient and understanding as we worked through some issues. The roof turned out fantastic. Our roof had worn out over the last 20+ years and needed replacing. Bill’s quote was very competitive and he was very straight-forward about industry standards and the expected lifetime of his products. There was almost no wait. We got our quote one week and his guys started work the next week. There’s been some hail recently and I thought they would be booked for a few weeks, but he was happy to schedule us as soon as we wanted. All told it took them about 8 hours to completely re-shingle our 1800 square foot home. The work looks great and they did a really good job on the cleanup. I was worried that some of our plants were going to get crushed but the crew was very careful. I’m going to be recommending Bill Sprauer to friends in the future.
